“Yeehaw Robert Binns. Your Roofing Company Rocks. We had a roof put on our house by your company on March 15th. They did an EXCELLENT job. Prior to the roof being installed we spoke with Tony who came out and climbed up on the roof and made the determination that our roof had lots of storm damage and definitely needed to be replaced. He was very personable and very professional. I remember when he was getting ready to come out to make the determination he called us to reschedule as he was really sick. He kept apologizing for not being able to make the appointment. He could hardly talk and we told him to stay home and take care of himself. He was also professional when he came to have us sign papers, as well. Then there is Joe Cullen. He was also awesome. I must have called him a million times because I am a nervous Nelly. If I left a message he would always return my call. He always put my mind at ease and would assure me that things would get done and not to worry and he was always right. He was like talking to a great friend that really cared about you. My husband said that he is definitely a man that follows through with everything that he says he will do. Thank you Joe. The day the roof was being put on Tommy was overseeing the work as well. We met Tommy after the roof was completed. “We contacted Robert Binns Roofing Inc. for a roof that was completed In January of this year. We had their crew out and they completed the work in less than two days, but there were a couple of issues that we needed to have Toby Binns review. He then sent out a fellow (think his name was Wayne) who reviewed their work and didn't like the way the eves drops looked, in that they covered up some nice crown molding that we wanted to see. The next day, this new group came out and removed and replaced all the eaves drops that now looked so much better. One of the corners had some damage to the crown molding that after Tony saw he had it nicely repaired for us for no additional cost.
